Estela Roustan Streacker brings a unique set of skills to health and wellness, and business development. She is a mom of four adult sons and a grandmother to two granddaughters. Estela is a fifth degree black belt in Taekwondo, a Transformational Nutrition Coach, a Digestive Health Specialist (Food Enzyme Institute), a Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois and Wisconsin, a Cranial Sacral Practitioner and a Biofield Tuning Practitioner.

Estella is devoted to helping clients with their chronic pain and health issues and enjoys the challenge of finding alternative approaches to reducing pain and tension caused by emotional or physical issues. She believes that her massage techniques and nutritional knowledge can greatly benefit people who are currently receiving therapy for anxiety and other mental health issues or are struggling with medical concerns. Client choice of therapeutic massage, trigger point work, craniosacral massage and sound massage will be offered.

As an entrepreneur since 1987, Estela also works with health and wellness coaches to grow and promote their coaching businesses, providing them with valuable knowledge and resources based on years of experience owning and operating her own businesses.

When Estela is not busy with her massage and nutrition practice, or coaching other professionals with their businesses, she can be found singing, dancing, reading or chatting with friends and family.
